  • Assist with determining music selections for ceremony
  • Conduct a production meeting with bride and groom

  • Manage ceremony and reception including program agenda, assist the bride, assist the wedding party, secure the toss bouquet and garter, and provide emergency kit
  • Coordinate wedding gift delivery from ceremony to designated location
  • Ensure that the bride and groom are served at the reception and have post reception food service

Service Providers

  • Research service providers; present a qualified list of options based on your budget
  • Attend all service provider appointments with bride
  • Assist with interviewing service providers and setting up appointments
  • Provide cost analysis and budget scenarios for all service providers
  • Review and consult on contracts
  • Negotiate costs, when feasible
  • Serve as liaison between bride and service providers
  • Provide planning updates and provide attendance count confirmations
  • Confirm service providers prior to the wedding
  • Coordinate service providers day of event
  • Conduct follow up with service providers post event and track post wedding tasks
  • Deliver final payments and tips
  • Send thank you letters to all service providers
Out of Town Guest Coordination
  • Research and assist with selecting hotel for guest accommodations
  • Assist with negotiating room block rates
  • Create out of town guest activities packet complete with activities and maps
  • Assemble guest welcome gifts and deliver to hotel
  • Coordinate ground transportation of out of town guests with transportation service provider

Honeymoon Coordination

BLISSFUL WEDDING PACKAGE

Prior to the Wedding

  • Meet with bride 60 days prior to wedding to begin drafting agendas for rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Consult with the bride on wedding etiquettes and answer any planning questions
  • Confirm all service providers three weeks before the wedding
  • Visit ceremony and reception sites
  • Review floor plans
  • Create itineraries for all service providers and wedding party
  • Distribute itinerary to service providers
  • Meet with clergy and couple prior to wedding to review program and script
  • Reconfirm all service providers two days prior to event
  • Provide post event check list

Ceremony Coordination

  • Attend and direct the rehearsal
  • Coordinate service providers day of event
  • Manage ceremony including program agenda, assist the bride, assist the wedding party, secure the toss bouquet and garter, and provide emergency kit

Reception Coordination

  • Attend and manage the reception including special activities and announcements
  • Coordinate service providers for reception
  • Ensure that the wedding gifts are sent with the designated attendant

OTHER SERVICES (a la carte)

  • Provide next day delivery of wedding cake, mementos, flowers and other keepsakes
  • Coordinate engagement party and/or bridal shower
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for bridal party and/or guests
  • Special décor for theme wedding, reception centerpieces, floral arrangements, pew décor, lighting, trees, chair covers, bouquets, and other ceremony rentals
  • Provide staff as hostesses at ceremony
  • Create wedding presentation via PowerPoint
  • Mailings or distribution of letters, invitations, etc.
  • Create and/or assemble wedding favors
  • Wedding supplies – guest book, pen, Unity Candle, cake knife, etc.
  • Create and assemble out of town guest gift for hotel and provide gift placement
  • Pick up and delivery of rental equipment
